A new monochrome A3 MFP from Epson

21 July 2021

Epson has launched the WorkForce Enterprise WF-M21000 monochrome A3 MFP, which replaces the WorkForce Enterprise WF-M20590 model. The manufacturer is highlighting: professional quality printing at very high speed (100 ppm, right at the top end of the range for departmental copiers), reliability, advanced security functions, and economy, with energy consumption far lower than most A3 monochrome MFPs.

Equipped with PrecisionCore Heat-Free ™ technology, the WF-M21000 is designed to integrate easily into the workflows of large departments and organizations.  It is fully compatible with many convenient print management solutions, and supports printing from mobile devices.  It also supports all the third-party solutions in the Epson Solutions Suite and the Epson Open Platform.

The WF-M21000 also offers a wide range of finishing options: stacking, stapling, booklet making and hole punching.  This machine can hold up to 5,350 sheets (with the optional 3,000-sheet tray). The ink is DURABrite ® Pro Ink, and the WF-M21000's high-capacity ink cartridges can for produce up to 60,000 pages per cartridge.

Epson understands that fast-paced businesses that focus on monochrome prints – specifically in healthcare, education, administration, and government – require a reliable MFP with fast print speeds, a suite of productivity features and environmental benefits,” said Matt Kochanowski, professional printing product manager, Epson America. "With these businesses in mind, Epson engineered the new WF-M21000 with its new versatile finishing options to support high monthly print volume environments and light production applications."

The Epson WorkForce Enterprise WF-M21000 is already available from authorized resellers.  All the technical specifications and sales arguments are on Your DataMaster Online.
