Kofax acquires PSIGEN to strengthen its position
04 June 2021
This acquisition consolidates Kofax in its leadership position in the capture market and enables it to enhance the capabilities of its intelligent automation platform.
Kofax, a leading supplier in the field of intelligent automation software enabling the digital transformation of workflows, has just announced the acquisition of PSIGEN, a recognized player in the world of software and solutions for document capture, content management and automation of workflows.
“We are very pleased to welcome PSIGEN customers, partners and associates to the Kofax family and we want to assure them that we will continue to sell, develop and promote their software and solutions,” said Reynolds C. Bish, CEO of Kofax. "This acquisition increases our portfolio of software and document capture solutions, further strengthens our leadership position in this market, also adds software and content management solutions to our product portfolio, increases our customer and partner ecosystem and improves our intelligent automation platform."
PSIcapture, the document capture software from PSIGEN, and PSIsafe, its content management software, offer many specific features that are easy to deploy and oriented towards profitability, such as support for sales processes from A to Z ( QTC) or the management of accounts payable and receivable. These products are available on-premise or cloud-based perpetual SaaS subscription, and are primarily marketed through more than 800 authorized resellers and distributors in North America and other regions.
“We are thrilled to join Kofax and be part of their impressive portfolio of intelligent automation solutions,” said Bruce Hensley, Founder and CEO of PSIGEN. “PSIGEN customers will benefit from Kofax's much greater resources and global reputation, and together we will be able to provide customers with the broadest range of software and solutions on the market to accelerate their transformation journey to digital workflows."
