New A4 MFPs from Konica Minolta

Konica Minolta have added more machines to their A4 range of MFPs. Joining the bizhub C3350i (33 ppm) and C4050i (40 ppm) color machines are the monochrome bizhub 4750i (47 ppm) and 4050i MFPs and the bizhub 4700i monochrome printer. The bizhub 4752 and 4052 MFPs and the 4702P printer are being retired.

We have tested the C3350i and C4050i, and the new machines in the range will be equally productive. They run just as fast in duplex (double-sided) as in simplex, have very good first copy out times and, most importantly for these fast A4 market segments, they do not slow down when they are busy with multiple, simultaneous requests. The new MFPs have the same document feeder and scanner, which is also very productive. They can scan 100 pages in color in 70 seconds - and the output file is small compared to the average of their respective market segments.
