DocuWare 7.4: optimized for home working!

DocuWare version 7.4 has just been released: developed specifically to allow homeworkers to increase productivity, it places teamwork and collaborative functions, intuitiveness, data security and ease of installation and handling at the heart of its new features.

DocuWare 7.4 allows teams to work together, in real-time and simultaneously on Microsoft Office documents hosted in the cloud - a feature that delivers large productivity gains.

Searching across all documents is made easier with DocuWare 7.4's highlight search tool. This feature is accessible from any part of DocuWare, anywhere.

The authentication system for accessing DocuWare Cloud or the mobile application is further improved with version 7.4. Compliant with current standards, single-factor authentication is a guarantee of data security and allows each employee to connect remotely.

DocuWare 7.4 lets users duplicate workflows simply, securely and without error. Assigning a specific dependency to each of them has also been simplified.

In addition, this new version allows the use and combination of several turnkey solutions: just import them into your cloud system, without any additional configuration work required.
