Ricoh is launching its first line of smart MFPs running "Always Current Technology", promising machines which are always up-to-date with the latest developments.  The Ricoh IM C Intelligent A3 Multifunction Series is the brand's first launch including this platfoirm - to be followed by other MFPs supporting its "Always Current Technology" platform. This feature guarantees users the constant availability of the latest updates of products, software and applications that can be downloaded directly to the machines and installed in the process, with, if necessary, the help of a remote support service ( "Ricoh Intelligence Support"). 13 models of this new range are concerned by these new features.

 

From a functionality and performance point of view, these IM C series A3 Color MFPs offer speeds ranging from 20 to 60 ppm.  The touch-screen interface has been improved and redesigned taking into account customer feedback: customization, simple maintenance and installation update will now be possible.  Control from a smartphone via a dedicated app, as well as access to an innovative cloud service, Ricoh Smart Integration are also available. Finally, data security is not forgotten: the machines are equipped with an internal encryption system.
