It's official, YSOFT has bought EveryonePrint
07 958 2022
On June 30, 2022, Ysoft revealed that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire EveryonePrint, a leading provider of cloud-based document infrastructure.
The YSoft family is looking forward to working with EveryonePrint to help their partners and customers digitally transform their print management environment and embrace a cloud-centric mindset to serve their increasingly hybrid workforce.
EveryonePrint offers its customers a hybrid cloud platform (commercially known as HCP). This platform is designed to replace existing print infrastructures.
YSoft says that with this acquisition, they will be able to strengthen their position with their customers and partners as a leading provider offering an integrated print management and document capture platform for cloud and on-premises deployments.
"Y Soft continues to strengthen its position in the print management market through innovation and acquisition," said Robert Palmer, research vice president for IDC's Imaging, Printing and Document Solutions Group. "With its acquisition of EveryonePrint, Y Soft gains significant MIF, technology assets, and resources to bolster its Cloud strategy and drive expanded capabilities for customers and partners looking to enable a secure, productive, and effective Cloud print ecosystem for the hybrid office."
