Canon PRINT Business is a free mobile app available from Google Play or the Apple Store that can send documents and photos to be printed on a compatible device, can scan and can upload data to cloud storage from a smartphone or tablet.
It is compatible with many Canon printers and copiers. The communication between the printing system and the mobile device is via a connection to the same wireless network.

There are many functions such as:
- Printing of data, images, documents, photos and scanned web pages.
- Reading scanned data on a multifunction device.
- Capture image with a camera.
- Extracting data characters and creating PDF files in which text can be searched by connecting with Readiris for iPad (iPad only).
- Using files in a local storage location or on the cloud.
- Use of the address book of a mobile terminal instead of the address book saved in a multifunction device.
- Detailed verification of the operating status of a device or a printer, via its remote UI.

For printing with PIXMA, MAXIFY, or SELPHY devices, it is best to use Canon PRINT Inkjet / SELPHY. For scanning with devices in the imageFORMULA range, it is best to use CaptureOnTouch Mobile.
