Exchange Connector is designed to create a link between a Kyocera MFP and Microsoft Exchange to enhance email transmission of paper documents scanned on the MFP.
Authenticated users can use the key features of Microsoft Outlook, including access to contacts and global address lists, and the ability to configure e-mail fields. The fields of the object and the body of the message can be entered directly on the MFP. Since the user has signed up on the MFP interface, all emails they send form the MFP appear in their Sent folder in Outlook.
