Zeendoc is a solution that offers Software as a Service (SaaS) electronic document management services to small businesses and SMEs. Access to this application is possible from any web browser. There is a version of the site optimized for small screen devices that allows mobile users to consult documents.

Zeendoc has a simple interface which integrates - in addition to "full text" indexing - several features usually reserved for much heavier solutions to deliver:
- indexing by clicking on the data to be indexed
- generation of automatic masks from the analysis of indexed data in documents of the same type previously integrated in Zeendoc; allowing automatic document reading and automatic indexing
- a powerful search engine
- tracking the history of each document

Zeendoc ensures the security and confidentiality of critical documents by using AES encryption, and manages legal standards for digital official documents through the services its partner CDC Arkhineo.

Zeendoc has been integrated into Lexmark France's portfolio of solutions since 2015. It helps to capture and index paper documents directly from Lexmark equipment to the customer's Zeendoc document space.
