Print & Copy Control (PCC) is a module which integrates with Equitrac Office and Equitrac Express to manage user access to printers and multifunctions by means of an authentication system. At the end of a job, user data is transmitted to the Equitrac Office or Equitrac Express server for activity reports, thus ensuring the monitoring of relevant information, to avoid waste and improve the mobility of users.
This module can be installed on the hard drives of some Ricoh printing systems.
