The Printgroove JT Suite is comprised of two Konica Minolta applications to manage and to automate any production printing environment. It supports multi-site operations.

Printgroove JT Web
This customisable, web-facing print workflow input application provides a full ordering platform including automatic pricing and quotation, preview with finishing, and tracking.
On the server side, it checks transparencies and font embedding and feeds back to the customer if necessary.
The customer can log on and use the dashboard to track their jobs.
Additional options include the JT Document converter (handles over 300 file types), JT Forms (variable data input for the customer), JT Multishop (to manage multiple websites for customer input) and tools for integrating multiple on-line payment systems.
16 different language versions are available.
Printgroove JT Web GO is the hosted version. This is intended to provide entry-level Web2Print for smaller companies.

Printgroove JT Man
In this (now completely PDF) workflow administration tool, submitted jobs can be edited and archived using a new, browser-like interface.
Complex orders including non-print products can be managed and tracked as a whole.
With an emphasis on ease of operation, the configuration tools provide the means to change job set up (color, paper, insertions and finishing options, etc.) and to configure media – even immediately prior to production.
Production workflow planning tools and statistics are available. Workflow details such as imposition schemes, default equipment and finishes can be saved, recalled and copied between workflows.
Additional options include JT Color Split (splits jobs on a per-page basis to appropriate equipment, and re-collates them on the selected finishing unit) and tools to link to print accounting applications such as SafeQ or PCounter.
