Ricoh acquires IT services provider in South Korea

Ricoh announced on 16th July that Ricoh Korea have concluded the acquisition of two IT service provision and maintenance companies.
FutureTech Limited and it's subsidiary FutureWare Limited have 160 staff over seven sites. The companies are involved in PC and server provision, support and maintenance, capitalizing on VMWare virtualisation.
This is a relatively small but strategic acquisition for Ricoh, intended to strengthen its presence in Korea and its ability to support local Managed Document Services offers.
