Konica Minolta launches its new digital press: the Bizhub C8000 PRESS

IPEX 2010 will take place in Birmingham next May 18. The international exhibition dedicated to printing, publishing and media is the opportunity for brands to present their 2010 models.
Xerox will feature its new Color 800 and Color 1000 presses (see 16/04/2010 news).
Konica-Minolta will present its new Blue-designed Bizhub C8000 PRESS (80 ppm black and color) as well as the already well-known Pro C65hc and C6501.
The C8000 uses the new Simitri HD toner that gives print quality and finish comparable to offset technonology.
In addition, the manufacturer claims a maximum weight of 350 gsm in simplex and 300 gsm in duplex, which exceeds by far the 256 gsm of the other production presses of the brand.
The Bizhub C8000 PRESS will be available for sale in Australia and New Zealand in late September.
