Sharp launch Digital Production Presses

Sharp USA have just launched two all-new digital production presses, the 4-colour BP-1200C and 6-colour BP-1200S.  
 
Both run at up to 120 ppm.  The 6-colour version offers a choice of gold, silver, bright pink, textured and clear toners as well as CMYK.  
 
The controller is a Fiery® Print Server, and the metallic effects and extended colour range are managed by a combined suite of Color-Logic and Touch7 software tools.  They have sensors to ensure good front-to-back registration, and in-line image stabilization and calibration.  
 
There's a wide range of professional, production finishing options including 2-edge trimming, creasing and square fold.
