Canon launches six new printers for small offices and home offices

28 April 2022

Since the pandemic, teleworking has emerged as one of the new business practices of the future. Between office work and telecommuting, telecommuting and hybrids are the trends that seems to be taking hold in companies.

Canon U.S.A., Inc. has launched six new printers designed, according to the manufacturer, to improve productivity for telecommuters and small businesses.

These models include new features to help meet the latest market demands for convenience, workflow efficiency and security.

The new MAXIFY GX5020 compact printer is an extension of Canon's MegaTank printer range with a user-feedable ink tank that significantly reduces ink costs by using large capacity ink bottles. And that's not all, it offers other additional aspects: low total cost of ownership and increased productivity, small footprint, print quality and media versatility.

At the same time, Canon is making a strong push to introduce three new monochrome laser machines to its portfolio: i-SENSYS MF453dw, i-SENSYS MF452dw and i-SENSYS MF451dw.
These new models are also aimed at small offices and workers with their touchscreen interface, Wi-Fi printing capability and print speeds of up to 40 ppm.

Finally, Canon is adding the i-SENSYS MF3010 and MF3010VP ("Value Pack") to its range of black and white laser printers for the home office environment. These models can print at up to 19ppm, with the first page printed in 8 seconds and a 150 sheet capacity.

Technical specifications will be available soon on the DMO portal.
