Ricoh Europe partners with Leapfrog 3D Printers

Ricoh are now selling the Leapfrog Creatr HS 3D printer and other models in Europe.  The deal includes full support for users from Ricoh support services.  With immediate effect, these machines are available through Ricoh in the UK, Benelux and Germany.  The roll-out will continue through Europe in 2015.

Ricoh has made no announcement about any deal to market Leapfrog 3D printers elsewhere.  Ricoh have invested a great deal in producing their own systems for 3D printing, including the "Rapid Fab" facilities in Japan, the development of 3D printheads (OEM components for other 3D printer brands) and they have been using 3D printing in their own production systems for some 20 years.

The deal will allow Ricoh to be very active in the 3D printer market, and to bring sales, marketing and technical support strategies to a state of readiness.
